If you are willing to follow our DIY Preparation Directions or use the DIY laser sheet "File Name" & "Book marking" commands, you can save serious money!
The DIY preparation directions are printed in the left side bar. The DIY laser sheet "File Name" & "Bookmarking" commands are shown below:
1) Using your word processor, Create & Print the Commands. Select 16 Point Arial and place the information in the upper left hand corner (1" down & Over is great!) with a few spaces in-between:
2) The commands are:
FILENAME yourfilename
BOOKMARK yourbookmarkname
3) Print, (with laser/inkjet printer) the sheets.
4) Place the file name sheets whenever a new PDF file is to be named or PDF "Bookmark" is desired.
5) Give us your documents to scan, and we will give back PDF files.
OTHER MATERIAL WE SCAN:
BOOKS From your slides & pictures, we create DVD player slide shows or digital picture frame presentations; scan newer bound books into Flip Books or eBOOKS; and scan office records into PDF/searchable text (via PDF Hidden Text / OCR) and Search via Google Mini!
PICTURES & 35 MM We scan photographs, positive and negatives, 35mm slides...
Xrays
Our scanning bed can capture 12 x 16" X-ray without stitching.
Printergy is a non-DICOM facility.
FYI Xray's scans are very good quality but the equipment is not FDA approved.
CAPACITY We have high capacity document & slide scanning machines; we scan color, gray scale and Black & White from Post Office return receipts to 11 x17 double sided documents. Adobe services such as: book marking, endorsement/bates stamping, redaction, etc. Documents are OCR-ed into Adobe Hidden Text , Microsoft Word and/or HTML.
Oversized Pictures Our largest scanning bed is 12 x17 and "most" larger items can be "STICHED" together in software applications like Photoshop.
Digital Camera And, we can take a digital picture of most any item. Recently, we completed used a camera to digitize "D" blue print. We are constructing a wall mounted "photo stand" to make this work easier and create better control of the fundamentals.
1 Creative Customer One talented artist created an “FLIP BOOK” CD bilingual comic book from ink & paper drawing; a collector, of out of out-of-print car repair manuals, developed CD shop guide series; a law firm distributed commercial real estate closing binder (in PDF) on CD saving duplication and mailing costs.
